Braunig Lake Storage, formerly known as Moore Self Storage is located right next door to Victor Braunig Lake on the south side of the lake with easy 2-way access from IH37 on the east access road.

The storage facility is managed by local resident, Jerry Woodward.

Office hours are noon to 5pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Appointments are available by calling Jerry at 210.882.STOR (7867) for new tenant signup outside of the office hours. Tenants have gate access 24/7.

The self storage facility was purchased in November 2016 by Monte Fe Self Storage acquisitions out of Austin, TX and MFSS Genesis LLC. In February 2017, 4 additional acres were purchased to allow for expansion of the facility within the next two years to meet the growing market demands of the south San Antonio corridor along IH37 south to Corpus Christi, Tx. Eventually Braunig Lake Storage will include s climate-controlled building, retail office spaces, covered parking and open parking spaces with an overall 300+ units under roof. This is to meet growing market demand in the south San Antonio, IH37 corridor between 410 loop and 1604.
